Pop is a lightweight social signal app. Tap a bubble to say "I'm free right now." No pressure, no read receipts, no streaks — just "who do you want to see, and who wants to see you."
Not a messaging app. Not a calendar. Not Instagram. Pop does one thing: lets you gently tell friends "I'm free right now."
30 minutes to 3 hours. Pick a mood (☕ coffee, 🍜 meal, 🚶 walk…) and add a 20-character note if you want.
Your Pop appears in their feed. Three audiences: Close Friends, All Friends, Custom. No "seen" receipts.
👋 ☕ 🫧 💬 — one tap says "me too." Want to keep talking? Open DMs. Don't want to? No record either.
Pops expire on the clock you set. No history to clear, no "unread" to manage.
Pick a different audience for every Pop. Default is Close Friends.

Every friend in your list sees it. First time you pick this, you'll see a confirmation — no accidents.

Plan ahead by posting future free slots. Friends see them in a 7-day grid; they auto-activate at the time you set.

Default 11 PM to 8 AM no push. Pops still appear in your feed; we just don't buzz you.
Per-friend controls. Adjust each one independently — visible to you, silent to them.
See a friend's Pop and want to talk? Tap message. It's not group chat — just 1:1.
Display name, color, bio, MBTI, interests, custom links. Each field has its own visibility setting.
Optional. Phone numbers are hashed on your device before upload — raw numbers never leave.
When you open Pop, there's nothing that makes you feel like you're "losing."
We don't sell data, don't run ads, don't use third-party analytics SDKs.
Pop doesn't read your location. The "location" field is plain text — like "Brooklyn" — typed by you.
Profile → Delete Account → instant. See the full deletion policy
As long as the app is installed, you stay signed in. Unless you sign out yourself or uninstall.
All your Pops, messages, friends — exportable. Leaving Pop doesn't leave a trace with us.
